Love this nail salon! I've been a regular customer for almost 6 years. Great staff and the owner is such a lovely lady. They're very accommodating and take me in last minute since my work schedule can fluctuate. Great service here and I highly recommend others to go here!

I have been on the hunt for a consistent nail salon, that is decently priced. This salon seemed to check off all the boxes! My gel has lasted over a week at this point and all of my nails are still intact. I will definitely be back.

This is the best nail and day spa that I have ever been to. I actually used to dread going to nail spas because I thought they were boring and not relaxing at all. I would never ever go, but now I go once per month (because my nails last that long).
Rose, is a hard working business owner, who ensured that the spa is clean and welcoming to all individuals who enter. Along with being the business owner, she also commits herself to completing the work of the spa. I have witnessed Rose, on numerous occasions, accommodating the needs of her customers and making sure everyone is as satisfied. She is a hard working servant-leader, who is very professional.
Please take the negative reviews with a grain of salt and remember that "to a hammer, everything is a nail."
My best friend and I have been consistently going to this spa for over a year now and have tried all different types of services related to hair, skin, and nails. We are excited. We laugh. We connect with the individuals. And sometimes we CANNOT stop laughing due to how excited we are to be here.
Lily, is my primary nail technician, who I feel privileged to know. Lily is observant, listens, and accommodates her client. When I am getting a pedicure and my massage chair turns off, Lily will preemptively turn it on! What?! Yes, she provides this level of customer service. I also have limitations in what I can do with my hands bc my wrists are damaged due to a snowboarding accident, and Lily makes sure to be as careful as possible. Lily is a 5-star nail technician. (Haha, watch, after I post this review, lily will always be booked and never available again).
All of them are really good. I've had pretty much all of the technicians.
Lucy is the one that I get often too. She is hilarious and super sweet. Does consistent work too! She is careful and detail oriented. Very focused woman!
As for Pouran, one of their hair stylists, I've gotten cuts by her and my best friend gets cuts and color. She is absolutely fantastic and produces high quality work. She makes sure to listen to what you want and your concerns. She also provides recommendations color that she think will look good. She also is very interested to get to know her clients, sociable, and very kind. I really appreciate getting to know Pouran.
I've had a lot of fun at this salon, and my hair, skin, and nails feel so absolutely healthy. I feel lifted when i leave every time. Thanks team, all of you are great.

The technician was very patient while I picked out the colors and was accommodating when I asked for specific type of polish. I am definitely coming back here for my nails in the future!

I took my friend here for her birthday, it was both of our first times at this nail salon! My experience was amazing and our nail techs were super nice, professional and actually took their time! I'm very pleased with this place and would definitely come again! 100% recommend!

I have searched for a very long time for a salon where I could just be happy with my nails upon leaving. I have tried so many places in so many American cities but I have never received the attention to detail I normally receive abroad (specifically in post soviet countries, where beauty salons are a complete different experience).
Now, this is what my nails looks like after two-three weeks and hourly hand washing. I am so very thankful for finding Lucy. She always does a wonderful job and makes sure my nails look perfect. I typically receive compliments on my nails and they keep same exact condition but just grow longer! My pedicure stays in perfect condition for a long time as well. God bless people who enjoy what they do and genuinely provide excellent service.

Lucy does a fantastic job with SNS powered nails. I usually get the Ombré SNS manicure. I love me mails and get so many compliments. I also get a pedicure with her and she does a great job.

I rarely do reviews but this salon deserves it! I called a day before to make a reservation and thank god they had a slot. It's my first time coming here so I did get really high expectations because of the positive reviews. They did not disappoint. The place is easily located and I love the layout. Very spacious and not cramped. The owner, Rose, will greet you with a very wide smile and luckily she was the one who did my nails. I'm a perfectionist when it comes to my nails so when she finished I had no complaints at all! Obviously, I'm very satisfied. I will definitely be a regular costumer here! Only regret is I wish I found it sooner

I've gone to Pouran for a number of years for my hair. She's friendly, very nice, flexible, and is good with cut, color and styling. I'd highly recommend her for a reasonably priced cut. Also, it's very convenient to get a cut and also your nails done at the same time. The space itself just got a great face lift and looks really nice inside.

Clean, bright, friendly & very professional. Newly renovated!! Maribel is wonderful!! Ginger tea was a special treat!

Fresh Nails & Day Spa is so much more! Hair stylist Pouran is amazing! I have had Pouran doing my hair for several years and it has never looked better! Always a great cut and she has done an amazing job with the color and highlights! It's healthy and I get great compliments. Four months ago I had a keratin treatment for the first time to deal with humidity frizziness. It works fabulously! Wish I did it sooner. Besides providing great results, Pouran gives great customer service, listens to your needs, and is simply the best! Wish I could give 10 stars!!

Recently made Fresh Nails my go-to place for a haircut. Pouran has great availability and most importantly knows what I want and is a talented stylist. Not sure that a lot of men know that this is a great spot for a haircut but trust me, it is! Thanks Pouran!

Great location, but I mainly come here for Maribel. She is one of the best manicurists I know. I love her manicures (I usually do SNS or Gel), pedicures and especially love the way she shapes my nails. I've been getting manicures/pedicures for over a decade, in the Tysons/Vienna area, and she is by far my favorite (and I'm very picky about my nails).

They are awesome! The best nail salon and they have awesome hair dresser too! Ask for pouran if you want special color or style for your hair! Blow dry is so important for me and she did a great job! She took her time to make sure I am happy with my hair! I highly recommend POURAN!

Rose was amazing!! They reopened on Friday and they were so nice and clean and professional! I get SNS manicure and Gel Pedicure & Eyebrows.
It also felt intimate due to the number of people in the salon at a time which is great, the customer service is phenomenal, will take the drive and visit again.

Pouran has been my hair stylist for many years. She listens carefully when I am explaining what I want and takes her time to ensure that I'm happy with the end result. I have fine, thin hair and she makes me look great! If it's not exactly how I envisioned it, she'll work tirelessly until I'm satisfied. She is a lovely lady--professional and very pleasant. I highly recommend her!
